Who pays for returns?

Returning because you changed your mind? You’ll cover the return postage.

Returning a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item? We’ll cover the costs — of course.
Items that can’t be returned
For hygiene and custom reasons, some items can’t be cancelled or returned:

Items sealed for hygiene reasons once opened (e.g. grooming or cosmetic goods)
